Rules

Postby Dudgeon on Tue Apr 22, 2008 2:10 pm

These rules are meant in every section.

1: No more than 3 smiles per post, unless you're making a long post and you aren’t
just spamming smiles.

2: Try not to make slang a habit.

3: Too many flashy colours hurt the eyes. Try not to use too many.

4: No offensive language.

5: Don't spam important topics

6: Don't post useless topics like "I'm so awesome!" or "What are you thinking about
now?" etc.

7: Never disagree about a topic getting locked/deleted/moved etc. If you do have a
problem, PM a moderator or administrator, don't make a topic about it.

8: Don't double post a topic or a post. Theres an Edit button and if you do double post,
the post will combine with your other post.

9: Search before posting a new topic.

10: If you do manage to get your posts up to 100, please feel free to say 100TH
POST. or something of the sort: This shows you are active on the boards

11: Be active on the boards.

12: When you get banned, and you try to evade the ban (make a new account, use a
proxy) you will get banned permanently.

13: Topics that have not been active for 2 weeks will be locked from further posts
then after a further 2 weeks will be deleted unless contacted with good reason to
re-open.

Looks good. We've got loads of space on this forum so there's prob no need to delete after 4 weeks. Would be good to use this site as an archive tool too so we can go back and see what we are saying.

it just stops the place getting to cluttered.

well maybe instead of getting deleted moving them to another topic to get them out of the way of the important stuff?
